Well, I may be a little late in posting this (seeing as how the new product line launched on Thursday, and it’s already Saturday! whoops!), but you know the old saying… “better late, than… um… LATER…”
Nevertheless, I would still like to introduce you to my new “Everyday Life” product line. Here’s a peek at the first two bundles (more info about individual products, also available separately, is down below):
This product line designed to bridge the gap between digital and paper versions of many different “everyday” scrapping projects, such as P365 / P52 / P12 / Project Life / etc.
I created it because I really like the concept behind Project Life, in particular (a quick and simple way to document the “everyday stuff” in life that doesn’t often seem worthy of a layout of its own) — but I wasn’t necessarily 100% on board with the process, as described in the official documentation. In short: even though it’s supposed to be quick/easy, it still seemed too labor-intensive/time-consuming for my tastes (read: I have 2 kids age 3-and-under in the house, and can’t leave paper scrapping stuff layout out / don’t want to drag it out & put it away all the time!). Thus, I wanted something that could be done part-digital, and part-paper.
My solution? I created some digital “pocket”-style templates to match/complement the Project Life pocket protector pages, with the idea that most of my layouts will be done digitally. I also plan on using the divided pocket-protectors to store/save the everyday stuff our family accumulates (and which is otherwise piled on our kitchen island, until I figure out what to do with it! LOL)… stuff like zoo maps, museum info, ticket stubs, greeting cards, etc. etc. Here’s a look at the first 2 sets of templates:
Once I decided to merge the digital and paper versions of this project for myself, I started making papers & journal cards to use… and suddenly, I realized I was creating a whole coordinated line. So I chose my favorite palette — the one I used for my “Brady’s Room” Kit/Collection last fall — and I went crazy making papers (!).
Here’s a look:
I also made some coordinating journal cards, which can be used in a variety of ways: (a) simply add them to any digital layout, (b) clip them to any of the 3″x4″ blocks on the templates shown up above, or (c) print them and cut them out and use them in real pocket-protector pages. Here’s a look at the first two packs of journal cards (each set comes with 8 digital stamps to act as journal prompts):
And finally, I also created a set of coordinating date bits on slightly weathered paper with neutral stamps. Included in the set are 12 months, 7 days of the week, and numbers (1-31).
The entire line launched this past Thursday, and is available at both The Digichick and DigiscrapWishingWell.com.
Meanwhile, I already have a few new pieces in the works… all of which should be ready sometime in the next week or two!

Hello!
I just wanted to praise your new “Everyday Life” line. I am going to try SO hard this year to keep an album for the year (still not decided if it will be 365, 52 or12, lol) I have started the last 3 years and never make it past the first month. But I’m hoping by using your line it’ll make it easier to keep up on it.
I’m also wondering if you will be having a CT call anytime soon. I love your stuff and would love to work for you! I am currently not on any others CT’s. In fact I am just getting back into scrapping after a very difficult last year. Scrapping is definitely my escape!
Anyway, keep up the AMAZING work! I am so excited to see how your line continues!
Thanks!
~Krista
Hi Krista ~ Thanks so much for the lovely comment! Sorry it took me a few days to find it!
It’s been crazy around here lately! To answer your question, I’m not planning on a call in the near future, but I do add guests for a month every once in a while. I’ll shoot you an e-mail.
I have to tell you. I bought the Volume 2 bundle the other day, and I completely geeked out over it. In fact, I hadn’t even decided to do a project 365 scrapbook until I saw your line. None of the other kits out there spoke to me. But yours did! It’s gorgeous! I decided to do mine completely digitally, so your templates are especially helpful to me. And, I decided to just use cell phone photos-because I tend to take more of those a day during every day things than I do with my DSLR. It is sooo incredible easy! I have been having so much fun playing with all of the pieces. Thank you so much for creating this!!!
I can’t wait to see what else your creating!
Aww, thank you so much! Your comment literally made my night.
I’m so happy that you’re excited about documenting your memories this year b/c of this product line (seriously, it just makes me so happy!). Thanks for taking the time to leave me a comment. I appreciate it so much!
It IS a most awesome kit; what Pierkiss said goes for me, too. Now, I have to pick the pictures to start with!
I just bought your two newest files (the cards with the speech bubbles on them, and the word art), but can I make a request for us ABR challenged PSE users? Could it be possible for full sized PNG files of the same word arts be made available in the word art kits? I didn’t realize (or don’t remember reading) that part of the kit would be ABR only.
Yes, totally! One of my creative team members just made the same request a day or two ago, and I was kinda shocked at myself (usually I include the .PNG files whenever I offer .ABR files! whoops!)… but I will go back in the next few days and create the .PNGs and upload them. I’ll contact everyone who bought them w/ the updates. Just give me a few days, if that’s OK, b/c I have to host my son’s 4th bday party tomorrow and am hip-deep in hybrid projects for that party! LOL
But the .PNGs will be on my to-do list, and soon!
Just found you a couple days ago and am like a previous commenter…wasn’t really going to go PL this year (for me the products I would like are mostly on back order, don’t really like the colors of the kits, etc.) and then I saw your designs. OMG! We have a 3 yr old grandson and his sister will be joining him in March. I can’t wait to scrap this year for them with your products. I feel the same way–they just spoke to me. What gorgeous colors. Your templates are spot-on also. Who needs pocket pages when you have tons of 12 x 12 protectors and your templates.I will wait for the .png uploads and harvest some digi goodness! Thank you so much for all your hard work. I started making my own digital templates based on the ones on Jessica Sprague and my hat is off to you. Marvelous job on EVERYTHING!
