I’ve also got a new template set releasing today, which is a collaboration of sorts in its own right. One of TDC’s creative team members recently requested that I begin offering my popular “Everyday Life” templates in letter-sized 8.5″ x 11″ format. Another team member (who sometimes scraps in that format) very graciously offered up a few that she had already converted… and then somehow we guilted her into making a few more, LOL… and all of the sudden, we ended up with a couple of new volumes’ worth of scrappy goodness to share with all of the 8.5″ x 11″ scrappers out there. As a way to tip my hat to the person who did “all of the heavy lifting” when it came to creating these… I’ve named them after her.

This is Volume 1 in a series of 2 sets that have been converted/created based on my “Everyday Life” product line. Volume 2 will be releasing next week, on 5/24/2012. OK everyone… you’d better sit down for this.

Those of you who follow Wishing Well Creations know that I rarely release something every week (and definitely not 2 full kits 2 weeks in a row!).  Thus, when I released the new “Picket Fences” Collection last week, it was almost in resignation that I wouldn’t have a new kit to share during National Scrapbooking Day (NSD) weekend… but I was OK with that. The truth is that I only design when I feel inspired to do so and when I have time to do so (and not just for the sake of creating product), and it means I often have new goodies waaay less frequently than I’d like. This is OK with me, though — because, well, it has to be OK (it is what it is!).
